Throughout multiple states, Logan Rutledge has over two decades of
experience in property management and real estate investing,
including commercial, multi-family, SFR, and manufactured housing.
By identifying and acquiring properties with massive potential, Logan focuses on value-add programs to increase both equity and
cash flow. Through creative financing, structural renovations, and
aesthetic improvements, he is able to identify multiple strategies to
add value to the properties, while generating healthy returns for
investors.

He currently has GP and LP positions, as well
as Asset Management positions, in Multifamily numerous properties in throughout the Southeast.

Logan has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.
